GENERAL PHOTO INFORMATION

Group and Individual pictures will be done by St. Clair Studio
- Picture order forms will be available at the studio on June 1st and you will be emailed a sample as well.

Optional Individual pictures will start at 12:00 PM and run through 6:00 PM with no appointment necessary
- Group rehearsal and photos will take precedence over individual photos when it comes to order and timing

DANCER INFORMATION:

Your dancer should arrive with hair and makeup done and already dressed in their costume, tights (if applicable), shoes, and accessories (if applicable) for rehearsal and pictures.
- Please refer to the email titled " 2019 Costume/Recital Notes" for hair, make-up, and costume details
- Check out our “Buns For A Cause” memo if you are interested in having your dancers hair and makeup done by one of our Senior Company dancers. Click here for the info! BUNS FOR A CAUSE
- Dancers performing in more than one routine can change in our designated Girl’s Changing Area (Room 6) or Boys/Family Changing Area (Bathroom 3).

All dancers and parents will wait in Room 5 while the dress rehearsal is in progress. This will keep the lobby open and the teachers will be able to find students quickly.

Please note: It will be crowded at the studio and we may run behind schedule. Please plan accordingly by packing games/books/snacks etc. for your dancer.
Once your dancer has completed their Group Photograph, they are free to leave.
We will not rehearse the Grand Finale at the In-Studio Dress Rehearsal.

DANCERS IN FRIDAY, JUNE 14TH SHOW (6:30 PM)

ACT 1 IN STUDIO DRESS REHEARSAL arrival time is 1:00pm on June 1st
ACT 2 IN STUDIO DRESS REHEARSAL arrival time is 2:30pm on June 1st
Upon arrival please proceed to Room 5 (back of the studio)
Dancers will be called by SDW staff from Room 5 to begin their rehearsal. Parents are welcome to watch their dancers rehearse. They will then be taken by staff straight to their group photo.
Optional Individual pictures may be taken before or after group rehearsal but must not interfere with group rehearsal time

DANCERS IN SATURDAY, JUNE 15TH SHOW (2:00 PM)

Dancers will be called by SDW staff from Room 5 to begin their rehearsal. Parents are welcome to watch their dancers rehearse. They will then be taken by staff straight to their group photo.
Optional Individual pictures may be taken before or after group rehearsal but must not interfere with group rehearsal time
