WHEN DO TICKETS GO ON SALE?
Tickets for our 2019 SDW Recital will go on sale on Friday, May 17th at 1:00 PM.

 

WHERE DO I BUY MY TICKETS?
Tickets will be available online from May 17th through the start of each show. Please use the following link to find your tickets-

HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?

Tickets are $16 for adults age 18 and older. Tickets are $11 for children ages 3-17 years old. Children under the age of 2 are free but must sit on the lap of a ticket holder.

 

IS THE SHOW GENERAL ADMISSION OR ASSIGNED SEATING?

This year our shows will have assigned seating. You will choose your seating when you purchase your tickets.

 

WHAT IF I NEED ACCESS TO HANDICAPPED SEATING?

You will be given the option to select handicap seating on the ticketing website. Let us know if you have any questions or problems. On the day of the show, Spotlight provides early entry into the theater for handicapped guests or guests who need extra time or assistance with seating.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?
Your ordered  tickets will be available at the studio approximately 10 days before the show. SDW will notify all families via email when tickets are ready for pick up. Any tickets not picked up at the studio will be available for pick up at the show. **TICKETS WILL ONLY BE RELEASED TO FAMILIES AFTER ALL MONTHLY FEES ARE PAID IN FULL.

 

CAN I USE MY PHONE AS MY TICKET?

No. The studio will have physical tickets to give after you have selected and ordered them through the website. The studio will let you know when tickets are available for pick up. Your tickets will be released to you once your final tuition balance has been paid.  

 

CAN MY DANCER WATCH THE SHOW?

Yes. If your dancer is only performing in one of the show’s two acts, they are welcome to sit in the auditorium and watch the act they aren’t performing in. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND- Check in time for your dancer will be at the top of the act they dance in, so your dancer will not be allowed in the auditorium during any part of the act they perform in. Also, please remember that your dancer will need to purchase a ticket in order to reserve a seat with your family, even if they only watch about half the show.
 

DOES MY DANCER NEED A TICKET IF THEY WANT TO WATCH THE SHOW?

Yes. Any friend, family member or dancer wanting to enter the auditorium will need a ticket. Our recital usually sells out so a ticket is a must in order to use a seat. Since seating is assigned this year, you will need to plan ahead if your dancer will watch or not. Please keep in mind that your dancer must be checked in backstage at the start of the act in which they perform.

 

WILL THE SHOW SELL OUT?

The last few years, our shows have SOLD OUT before the day of the show. Please keep this in mind when planning your weekend. Any available tickets will be available to purchase the day of the show

 

CAN I STILL BUY TICKETS AT THE DOOR?

If seats are still available, they will be for sale at the door on the day of the show.
